In your job role, you will be required to work alongside project teams to comprehend technical documentation needs while acting as an editor.

Working for this company, you will develop tutorials that will help end-users such as engineering staff. You will help in the process of curating and editing the documentation and analyzing existing and potential content-related opportunities.

What You’ll be Doing:
• Create documentation content while partnering with technical staff as a solo contributor
• Work alongside project teams to comprehend documentation needs while acting as editor to make sure consistency in training documentation is maintained across different domains
• Take care of metrics in the usage of training materials and direct customer feedback
• Facilitate, design, curate, and edit the documentation that is developed by product engineers and managers
• Develop tutorials to help the end-users by taking support of front-end, engineering staff, and design
• Be a proponent for users and influence product implementation/design while writing simple user interface text, developer guides, and online help
• Evaluate current and potential content while focusing on the single-sourcing and reuse opportunities

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, software engineering, technical writing, curriculum, teaching
• Development of scientific publication or equal experience in writing content for software developers
• Experience of 2 years working with source code in 2 or more languages and also writing for a developer audience
• Expertise in working with cross-functional teams consisting of stakeholders and technical subject matter experts
• Preferred qualifications
• Experience in building client aids beyond conventional documentation like demos, online videos, education techniques, and guided tours
• 5 years of experience in the development of documentation for a technical audience, especially in the financial domain
• Capability to learn intricate concepts and communicate info in interesting ways
